I am very proud to announce that Kristina Sophia will be teaching singing and drumming at the Highlands Wellness Center this month. I have been so impressed by her kind, gentle nature and her beautiful voice; she is truly a gift to the world.
Join us for just one class or come for all three.
Kristina Sophia is a world-traveler, pioneering co-creator of Musical Missions of Peace, and co-star of Singing in Baghdad. She has sung in the Cairo stadium for an audience of 60,000 Egyptians and performed in the war-zones of Iraq with partner Cameron Powers. She has taught singing, vocal improvisation and sound healing for 15 years and has 2 critically acclaimed CD's.

Introduction to the Frame Drum
The frame drum has been a traditional instrument for women for thousands of years.There are ancient depictions of women playing these drums throughout the middle eastern and Mediterranean civilizations and it is still used extensively in women's sacred rituals from Morocco to Iran and beyond. Come participate and experience the magical divine connections that come with drumming.
Drums will be available to borrow or purchase.
