There are Millions of Iraqi Refugees in Jordan and Syria. Musical Missions of Peace has set up music schools for the children of these refugees.
Iraqi refugee master musicians are being employed as teachers and are able to support their families. Refugee children are developing new skills and learning how to play the songs they love. An ancient 5,000 year old tradition is being preserved and we are beginning to heal the wounds of war.
